I mean, I don’t think a tire surface capable of that much stretch/shrink would hold up very long, but I guess the Albee Rolligons hold up okayish.

A prime example of “yeah, but why?
I guess this would be pretty cool for a city car though. Limited to 40mph, but as manuverable as a scooter, while carrying 4 passengers. Zero turning radius and full side to side motion could be really handy.
